2. Artist Statement
3. Title and Description of Exhibition (please also indicate Solo or Group exhibition)
4. Website, Portfolio, or Social Media Link
5. CV (optional but encouraged)
6. Any Additional Information

Please have the subject of your email include your Name, Solo/Group Exhibition, and the Proposed Dates.

Additional Information: 

• All media is welcome—Cotyledon invites artwork of all forms, provided it is possible in the scale of the gallery.  Including but not limited to: visual art, installation, sculpture, sound art, and performance. We also strongly encourage artists to submit proposals whose groundwork may not necessarily come from an academic artist background.
• Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis, so feel free to send them in at any time.
